Since its inception in 1946, Tudor has developed a strong following and a reputation for design innovation. But it eventually became a bit of a forgotten brand next to its iconic sibling, Rolex, and exited the United States in 2004. With the Tudor name continuing to thrive elsewhere, Rolex is now readying Tudor for another run at the US market in the summer of 2013.
Tudor watches are generally powered by ETA movements but feature similar reliability and performance as a Rolex at a more accessible price point.
Tudor Watch USA, LLC will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Rolex.
